University of Minnesota, Entry MSN 2016

Hi All,

I'm an applicant for the Summer 2016 cohort to the Univ. of Minnesota Entry Masters program for students with a non-nursing background.

I have applied to many programs. Most have already turned me down. I'm waiting on Seattle University and Minnesota. I know Minne said they are sending invitations to interview or rejection notifications on Feb 26th.

Has anyone heard anything yet?? Getting anxious.

Haven't heard anything yet! Where did you hear the Feb. 26th date? I just got the email saying interview decisions would be made by March 1st.

I spoke to a lady the day I write this post saying notifications to interview or "no thanks" we held on then 26th.

When did you get the email? Did you already interview??

I got an email on Feb 16th that said they had all my application materials and would notify by March 1st whether we have interviews or not. I have not interviewed. Email said interviews would be hosted March 14-22.

I got an interview! I scheduled for the 17th. Fingers crossed!

CONGRATULATIONS! Did they call or email you? I haven't received any notification. I'll have to call on monday to ask about status.

I have been lurking for awhile and wanted to jump in in case anyone else has been watching. I had an interview around 2 weeks ago and I received my decision this morning. Unfortunately I was waitlisted. I hope anyone else that interviewed had a better result!

I was also accepted!! Deposit paid, I'm very excited to start! I know it was very competitive, I'm sure they had to turn away strong applicants.

Yes, grew up in a small town and now living in Minneapolis.
