University of Minnesota CRNA - 2026

Published

Hey everyone,

I had yet to see a page for the University of Minnesota CRNA applications for the 2026 start, so I figured I would start one as the due date is approaching!

Good luck to all that are applying!

I was not offered an interview - honestly the first time in three years of applications, LOL. 3.9 GPA, leadership committee, 3 critical care units, CCRN, PALS, CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella. Must have really bombed one of my essays! Good luck everyone 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that! It's always crazy to see people with incredible stats, such as yourself, and not get an interview, but hopefully that means you'll land somewhere that is an even better fit for you! I'm not sure if you're applying elsewhere currently, but you sound like you will make a great CRNA, good luck to you in the application and interview process going forward!

I have four other interviews in the next month LOL. so as unfortunate as it is that this won't be one - it was actually one of my top choices - I have high hopes I'll be able to achieve my dream soon with a program that values what I have to offer! Thank you, good luck to you as well!!

Good luck everyone! Please let us know how it went! ❤️

To all those interviewing, how easy was it to find parking and the interview building? Thanks in advance.

How did everyone feel they did on interviews? I feel like I kind of bombed mine. There are definitely answers I would have changed looking back but hindsight is 20/20 I supposed.  😓

I thought it went okay. I do feel like it is so easy to think of all the things you think you should have said after the fact, and yet I'm sure you did great in the moment, too!

Did anyone ask when notifications for admittance/waitlist/rejection will go out?

They told me at the end of my interview to expect to hear from them by mid- or end of October, fairly soon after interviews conclude. I'm hoping for next week!

Letters are out. I am waitlisted. Congratulations to those who got in!

Waitlisted as well. Anyone know how many are waitlisted? Or for those accepted, what date a decision needs to be made?

Same here. I guess all who weren't accepted are waitlisted? Anyone know usually how many get an offer from waitlist?

Was anyone on this forum accepted into the program? Could you share the date they require applicants to accept their invitations? Thanks!
