Hi everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has applied to U of M for their Accelerated BSN program starting this fall 2014. It's a waiting game now! I was curious if anyone had heard back anything yet??

Hey! I submitted my application in mid October (2013). All I've heard so far is that they are starting to look at applications within the first couple weeks of January, and we should expect to start hearing in February! I literally cannot wait!!

Ahh! I submitted mine about 2 weeks after they opened up and I cannot wait either. I'm pretty much stalking our mail lady. Hopefully they don't wait until March/April like last year because I may lose my mind :)

I just finished my application yesterday! NursingCAS says they have to calculate/verify my GPA before they mail the app to UofM. I wonder how long that will take.

I was told at the application info session in December that they wouldn't release results UNTIL may. I really hope that changes because that is a ridiculously long time to wait...Let me know if anyone hears from them please!! That will help with the anxiety lol.

Received an email this week asking for syllabi and course descriptions from the majority of my prereqs. They want the course info by March 17th. Just a heads up incase your courses were not on the transfer lists of courses they have already approved.

What did your experiences end up being, if you were accepted? GPA, volunteering, work experience etc. thank you! :)
