University of Miami (UM) Titans Nurse Residency Program - July 2024

I submitted my July 2024 Residency application a few days ago.

For those of you who also applied, I encourage you to share any updates or news about interview invitations here. Keeping each other informed will be beneficial for everyone navigating this process.

Yeah I noticed they closed it a bit ago.

My application status changed to "under review" a month ago, but no call or email from them yet.

There is an email listed at the bottom of this page https://www.hr.miami.edu/careers/job-fairs/index.html to contact regarding residency program, you can try emailing them to ask for an update or any questions you may have specifically. I have tried but they say they are reviewing all candidates as there have been a lot of applicants.

If you do email, please keep us up to date on their response!

I called and was told they are not doing any more interviews for the July program so I guess they have filled it.

Have you applied anywhere else?

Yes and I got email confirmation they selected their candidates.

Quick questions did you guys apply to the clinic residency or the one at the hospital ? I applied to the clinic one and still haven't heard anything back

I applied to both Baptist and Jackson and received an email they were not moving forward with my application.

Yeah Baptist called me today saying they are currently only taking internal applications for the July cohort. It's becoming hard to land a residency

Oh wow crazy! Yes it's so hard to find something. I have no idea what to do in the meantime. The next residencies would start in October.
