The RN-BSN program at most universities are not competitive at all. You already have proven that you can finish an RN program successfully.

UM is such a nice school. I lived 5 minutes from the campus growing up in pinecrest, and I always had envy of people who went there because I always wanted to go there.

Unfortunately for me, UM is super expensive, one class at UM is a little over $3K, so when I was looking into RN-BSN programs for me, I chose public school, so I go to FIU online :)
