University of Miami FNP Fall 2021

Just had my interview today. Was wondering if anyone else interviewed? They told me it can take up to a month to hear back d/t COVID.

HAHA. Im so mad at myself. It was like 15 minutes!! She told me 2-4 weeks on a reply back

Yeah, I think that was my biggest thing. I was so angry with myself for answering so rapidly when I knew the answer and said the wrong one. ?. They told me 4ish weeks.

Do you know the acceptance rate? I havent been able to find anything

I don’t . I’m not sure how many applicants they get just for the full time FNP program , or the number of seats.

Thanks! I think it went okay. About 10 minutes I only got asked one clinical question thank goodness. Hopefully we find out soon and will all be classmates! ?

Oh that’s awesome though! When did they tell you to expect to hear back? Hopefully fingers crossed!! I noticed they changed the deadline to submit applications to may 1st.

Yes!! I noticed that also. They told me 2-4 weeks. That it goes to the committee now where they make the decision

But it’s rolling so I think that they will still let us know even before the deadline

Yeah. I felt like it works on a point system, but I am not sure. I’m curious how many they accept?

any updates? I got an email today saying it’s being reviewed by admission committee that I should hear back in 2-4 weeks.
