Hi Gianna,

The interview will have two faculty members. I want to say it depends on who interviews you and how in depth they expect you to go with your responses. The type of clinical questions varies upon your ICU specialty and what type of patients you work with. They will ask you to discuss a patient case/the Patho/the medications they were on. Study that as much as possible. The rest of the questions is about you! So just be yourself and reflect on how you want to impress them. Best of luck! ?

I think it went well. It wasn’t ridiculously difficult but I guess it depends on who interviews you. I got asked what lab work would I do to see if the patient is having an allergic reaction. Mechanism of action and receptors of norepinephrine. Tell me about reactive airway disease. All of these questions were related to my scenario. So just make sure you know your scenario really well and you will do great!

I was told they would be interviewing April and May, so admission decisions would be sent early June.
