As for financial aid, this took time for them to post but I would advise that make sure that you have completed your FAFSA by now and also select that it's your 5th year on your FAFSA. Since we all have a degree already, financial aid will most likely give you $12K and you have to either pay out of pocket, outside scholarships or apply for a private student loan which they will highly suggest during zoom meetings.
Does the private student loan they offer help cover living expenses as well?

When you apply for a private loan it will have to be 2 separate ones they suggested. First, one will cover Summer and fall, should apply for the max of about 50k, and the second for Spring. But since we're starting in the Summer, it might be vice versa due to FAFSA. And yes for living expenses since we have to live outside of campus.

Gotcha. So they offer around $50k for the whole program between all 3 semesters? That doesn't seem like a lot left over to cover living expenses.

All 3 semester is about $14k each so they suggest that you take out 2 loans to cover the first 2 and another loan to cover the last. Since you need to cover expenses, it is likely to apply for the 50k for your first loan. Hope this clarifies.
And not including insurance which is another fee if you don't have one

Okay and do you know if they make you sign a waiver saying you will not work? I'm a realtor so my schedule is ultimately up to me and not like a typical hourly job so it wouldn't impact school because I would just not work if I couldn't.

There's no waiver to sign, but they just suggest that you don't work since it is an intense program. You don't have to tell them anything about your job. The schedule that was given to us was class Monday - Wednesday 8-3:30 or 4:30 pm, and you'll either have clinical Thursday or Friday 7-3 pm.

Okay awesome. So basically a 4 day school week?
