university of Miami ABSN Summer 2017

The application cycle for University of Miami ABSN for Summer 2017 just opened today. Wondering if anyone is applying! I will be sending my application in a few weeks. Deadline is March 1st. But its rolling admission so the earlier you apply the earlier you hear back! Good luck to everyone. Also if someone is currently a student in the ABSN program, please share your thoughts about the program to help the rest of us who are applying :)

Hey guys! congrats to those that got in! I submitted my application suuuuper late. (like yesterday) and i'm really nervous I won't get in because of it. Also I submitted my transcripts early last week and I don't think it will be received and verified in time. Should I just jump the gun and send another copy straight to UM? or will they still look at my application without the transcripts there yet. I'm so nervous and sad that I did this last minute:cry:

I called them today because I'm kind of in the same boat & the lady told me that without the completion of the application through NursingCAS they won't look at it. :(

Aw man :sorry:. I mean I completed the actual application its just the transcripts. Is that what you were referring to?

Yeah because NursingCAS has to verify the transcripts & calculate your gpa before it's sent to u of m

Mine still says verifying and I submitted my application on 02/14/17, they have received my transcripts. Who do we call? U of Miami or Nursing Cas? Thanks!

Verified or Verifying? Mine say Verifying. I just emailed the program itself to see if they have any advice on whether or not to send the transcripts straight to them. I will see what they say! When did you apply?
