There is no interview process yet. You do the Kirk assessment which is like the interview. After that you get notified about getting accepted, waitlisted or denied. It's very chill

Yes, for the first cohort, they were on a time crunch so they luckily did not have to do any in-person interviews. It was just the Kira video assessment. I believe that for the future cohorts, there will be panel interviews done.
