making this for the UIC applicants for Fall 2026!

I had my status change just this morning to "additional review required". Looks like there's been both acceptances and denials with this status in the past so still in limbo 😅 Happy status finally changed but hope we don't have to wait until mid January for the decision! Good luck everyone!

My app still said "complete, under review by department" this morning but I just checked and my app status says "waitlisted"

Not everyone. I'm still just complete under review. They are prolly waiting to send my rejection for after Christmas.

I'm suprised they have waitlisted people before sending out acceptances. I feel that if they are doing all of this now the acceptances must be coming today as well.
