I found it funny how during the interview presentation the director told us to disregard online forums like allnurses (and she actually named this site) because the comments were made by disgruntled students who couldn't handle the program.

Good luck with interviews! Hope the interview is before the tour otherwise I'll have a hard time looking presentable.

I have been on waitlist since Christmas and just got acceptance email tonight.

Have interview invites gone out yet? I haven't heard anything.

I think they interview closer to 300. There were 8 people interviewing during my time slot x 4 slots/day x ~9 days (maybe??).

Mine was 2/3 clinical, 1/3 personal for the entire 90 mins. I had a great partner I interviewed with which was helpful.

20 mins total?! Did you have somebody interviewing with you?

I emailed the dept this morning to update my waitlisted app of some classes I finished in Dec and received an email back that said at this time my app remains on waitlist and under active consideration.

Is it normal to still have so many interview time slots open?

Maybe they don't want to give bad news on Christmas ?
