Hello! Wanted to get a thread started for those interested in applying for Spring 2025.

Even still with that, I still wonder. As my background is education and a lot of us left because of the lack of value for educators. So I wonder if it's a college problem or just money

Yeah, that part of the poster sure implied a more serious problem with the program, if true. It does put us in a worried state for sure. I'm sure wish for other people from the current cohort can give us more insights

before I applied, I noticed that this program was the hardest one to find any information on. every time I called the school nobody would answer so it made me skeptical. I feel like we are allowed to ask for matriculation data (attrition rate, graduation rate, etc.) and they should not have a problem disclosing it from applicants... I know that accelerated programs are extremely rigorous in nature, but that Reddit post did make me really nervous! What other programs are you all applying to?

I applied to the DEMSN at TLU and the second degree program at Incarnate word. Their deadline is like at the end of this year for the next year cohort. But Im still eager to join UH's no matter what is being said. I'm going to find a way to make it a positive journey. I hope no one scares y'all away from doing anything in life! That's their experience not y'all's. I hope that helps

Yeah, that is strange. Maybe we can ask on the spot at the interview? I only applied to two other programs: TWU and UTHealth

I'm going as well! I think definitely brush up on behavioral questions. I read that it's going to be a panel group interview. Also, it seems unlikely that they'll conduct solo interviews for all of us (I'm assuming 80+ interviewees). Super nervous, but we got this!! I read somewhere that if we're invited, they already like us as candidates so just relax and we'll be okay. 🙂
