University of Cincinnati FNP fall 2013 anyone???

Hello all! Just got my acceptance letter today for UC, nervous but excited at the same time to be going forward in my career! Any words of advice are greatly appreciated :-)

I'm waiting to hear on WHNP for Fall 2013, my overall from my BSN 21 yrs ago was a 2.99, so not sure...

mine from my BSN was 3.0, so I am in the same boat does UC require Gre if you have below 3.2?

I'm getting ready to apply for 2014 acceptance, I'm in my last course of my BSN at Excelsior college starting next month, and was told I could apply for provisional acceptance. I'd like to start May 2014 but if not Fall 2014 is okay too. Currently have a 3.58 so hoping that will be enough to get me in. =) How have you all been fairing with the courses/work? Do you work as well as school and if so where/how much per week?

it is best to be per diem or part time at work during school, so you can pick up more when you are less busy with school and be able to cut down if you need to

Ok I'm still waiting to hear about WHNP Fall 2013 start, for those accepted how were you notified? Email/letter? A letter came and I'm out of town...ugh!!!

I actually just began my application for Summer 2014 for NP program...I know its forever away but will take me the next several weeks to get all pieces of info together, get my letters of recommendation and I need to write my Goal Statement still...a little worried on that, what was your length of you goal statement for those that were accepted???

I got accepted for AGNP to start Jan 2014. I was wondering how the program is and how much time to put in for studying weekly. I am planning on keeping my full-time job. Thanks. My email is [email protected]. I like to keep in contact with any new or enrolled students. Thanks for helping me out.
