My last name starts with B so it's totally possible.
I got the fellowship also, I started crying at the dermatologist office LOL 

call came from a private number as well!!

Just received an acceptance phone call! They did not mention anything about the fellowship on the phone to me. My last name starts with an L, congrats to everyone who has been admitted!
