That's great!! I wonder how many applied total?? I'm pretty nervous. I have a BS in biology/pre-med and I'm finishing up my MS in exercise science. I have tons of shadowing experience but a not so high pre-req GPA. How about you guys

Hey guys!

I'm an ABS student at UB and I graduate this May. Put simply, the program is very INTENSE! Especially in the summer. However, nothing beats earning your BSN in just a year with an affordable tuition. Most of my classmates had an average undergraduate and pre req GPA of at least a 3.5 when applying. They weigh the letter of intent very heavily as well though. If you have any questions or are seeking advice about the program, don't hesitate to ask! I sure wish I had someone to tell me more! Good luck guys!

Me too! I have a BS in Psychology. Graduating this fall from Geneseo. I have a high prereq GPA but not so high overall at a 3.2. I had a bad semester my sophomore year due to family stuff and it messed up my GPA. I explained what happened in my essays though so hopefully they will take that into account!! Not a ton of shadowing experience but I was a research assistant throughout college and have a ton of volunteer work. Do you guys have any classes left to take for the prereqs?

I still have to take pathophysiology, pharmacology, and the intro to nutrition. I'll have my masters in may so I took upper levels in those but the program wants the basic ones. Mine didn't transfer over.

I am also transferring from another school. Did they reach out to you and tell you your classes didn't transfer? Or how did you figure that out?

I'm a graduate student at UB, I got my BS from a different school. There's a site called TAURUS that you can put your exact course into and it will tell you. I also submitted some syllabui to UB to get reviewed
