UnitedHealth Group Interview

Hello everyone!

I have an initial phone interview with HR next week for a Complex Care Nurse Practitioner role with UnitedHealth Group, and I was hoping to receive some feedback from anyone who currently works with UHG or has interviewed with them.

Any feedback on how the interview went, and what I can expect is GREATLY appreciated.

I had a clinical rotation with a Complex Care NP with UHG and loved it. I am really hoping to do well and get the job!!

They may ask a couple clinical questions. Such as what would you do if your patient's A1C was 10? The more detailed your answer the better. Then basic questions such as "how do you gain people's trust?
