Has anyone done this program? I'm looking into it and it seems great but there are hardly any updates reviews. Thanks!

Jen del Rosario I am looking at starting in July as well I hope. It would be nice to have someone to go through this program with.

Sharon

Potentially starting in July 2019. For those who have done the program, this is a legit program. They actually give you the necessary information needed to succeed? Thanks!

Yup, very doable. It’s mostly writing and I am about to finish with straight A’s.

Just focus on following the prompts and keep turning in the required work, you will be awesome.

I am finishing in two weeks and am ecstatic

I really appreciate your response! Do you feel confident for licensing exams?Did you work while doing the program?

Yes I worked part time.

Honestly it’s like people say who take the bar that a boards review course is necessary. Like most other things the program is based on evidence based research and the incorporation into practice. The board exam is based on situations, medications, etc

@CANURSE999 how has the last term been? With the Capstone and all. Is it the busiest class out of them all?

Not like I anticipated. Mostly do an assignment per week and assemble it all at the end. Definitely manageable

I am four classes in and the program is pretty good. Workload is comparable to my online BSN.

I attended USU because it is California approved and one of the most affordable FNP programs around. Payments are only $375 a month. I start clinical's in a few months and will update if anyone is interested.

Any specific question feel free to reach out.

Hello there! Does this program consist more of exam or more papers, assignments! I’m great with assignments and papers but suck at exams ?

I work part time 3-4 days a week depending on clinic

Hello there ? How challenging is it, in what way if you don’t mind me asking. Thanks

I’m working five 8s so it’s a bit more than I was expecting when starting school. Approximately how much time have you put in each week for each class. I really appreciate your response!

I would say some of the courses have quizzes maybe 10-20 or so tops in the whole program. Usually the way the courses are weighted they do not count for a large percentage of your grade so even if you are not the best test taker assuming you turn everything else in and follow the prompt you will pass. It is mostly DB and assignments to answer the second part of your question.

If you are not a decent colloquial writer it will be challenging as most online programs utilize writing in lieu of sitting in classrooms. If you can find journal articles relevant and write about them you should be fine.

Well your first few terms it’s only one class so it eases you into it and your question is super hard to answer as you might be a writing super star but I would say somewhere in the 5-10 hour a week range.

Hi ,I am planning to go there in this July ! Please share your overall experience .Do you recommend it ? Thanks
