Hope everyone is doing well. I write this post in the hopes of finding other current students of USU's FNP program; specifically, those that are starting this January as well. I applied and was accepted for the January cohort however, I wanted to hear if others have insight about their program based on personal experience. I'd be so grateful for any input.

I have liked it so far. I am just finishing up my first clinical class. It’s a lot of work in a short time, but doable. Every program has a their issues, but I just wanted to be done at a reasonable price.

I have been researching NP schools for a long time now and just want to start, I ma sending my application for this fall to USU.

I learned USU is not ccne accredited. Any thoughts on what/if this makes any difference ?

It is accredited through June 30, 2028. Who told you it wasn’t accredited?

Sorry should’ve been more specific! Specifically the post masters FNP program. Listed on the USu site: 

* The PostMaster's certificates are not currently CCNE-

accredited but will be reviewed in the College of Nursing

and Health Science's next MSN accreditation cycle.

Oh I see. Their regular FNP program is. I’m not sure about the process of post masters certification, I’ve never looked into it. I would assume the same rules apply, it’s not going to count if they aren’t accredited. But I’m wondering, are any post masters certificate programs accredited? I’m not sure.
