I didn't do well... I was told we'll hear back this by Friday or next Monday.

You guys, how many faculty members were on your panel interview? I had 4 but only 3 asked me questions, 1 person said he doesn't have anything to ask.... Anyone with the same experience?

Everyone asked me questions all personality. I couldn't tell if they liked me or not.

Mine was mostly clinical/pathophys...did they give you any feedback on the spot? Whether it was good feedback or not..

Eh nothing more than a nod or "good answer". Wonder when they will make a decision.

They told me by Friday afternoon or Monday

5 people were in my interview. I really did not get nods or gestures for my answers. They were clinical and EI. I know for a fact that I answered a question incorrectly due to nervousness after I walked out. I'm praying for peace even though I'm super anxious.

Mine was a lot of personality questions. I had four people in on the interview, and they all asked me questions, and for the most part, I thought it was going to be nothing but personality questions until the guy to the left started asking me clinical questions as well - it threw me for a loop, so I'm hoping we all did better than what we feel we did but I think I bombed  mine

Any idea what is making them decide whether to pursue EI or clinical questions?  This interview all over the place it seems from person to person ?
