Union University ABSN Fall 2014

Anyone out there applying to any of Union's 3 campuses for the Accelerated BSN program?

Just sent in my application on November 14! The waiting game is so painful!!! :dead:

@moto_beans you're from San diego? My major is in biochem but it was AGES ago, I'm OLD haha! so that's why i need to take the prerequisite again :( i still haven't heard anything....

@abs_33: seriously!! I'm finishing up micro right now and that class has been the biggest pain in the butt ever!! I'm glad it's almost over

@JMGrayson: thank you! If I don't hear anything at the 4 week mark I think I'm going to call just to make sure! Yeah, I saw some old posts and I saw some people getting acceptances around December 20 of last year so I really hope it's the same for us! Only about a week away!

@alipooh: yes, unfortunately I'm from San Diego :/ I grew up here and I'm really over it and looking for a change! My boyfriend is going to University of Kentcuky's dental school in fall 2014 and we went out there for his interview and it was amazing! We drove down to the Hendersonville campus while we were there and I absolutely fell in LOVE with Kentucky and Tennessee!!! That's a bummer you have to take the prereq's again but at least you'll have a one-up on the class this time around!

From previous threads it seems like a lot of people that apply to Union are from the South, so I'm hoping they'll take some applicants from other places! I've heard that Universities in the South are not very out-of-south friendly.

Hello, I did apply to the program in November as well. I was hoping to hear something from them, but nothing yet. I live in Madison, TN. My undergrad is in Psychology and have already taken all my pre-req. Has anyone head anything yet?
