My name is Megan and I applied to the BSN program at UNG for Fall 2018. According to the university site, we're supposed to begin our online Nursing class in the summer of '18 before the program.
Im hoping to meet other students who applied for the program! I'm hoping to get accepted and a scholarship as well, things look bright! I did well on my HESI and have a great GPA. Does anyone know when we should be hearing if we got accepted into the program? I know the deadline is Dec. 15.
Im also currently living in CA but plan on moving to GA soon. Because I'm an out-of-state transfer student, I didn't choose a specific campus. Wherever I end up is fine by me! :) I look forward to meeting you all and going through this journey together :)

I just checked last year's cohort page and they found out on Feb 22nd so we should know hopefully around then! Of course I'm nervous about getting in even if I'm competitive, but I'm also getting worried about finding housing for next year since admittance comes out a bit late.
Hoping you all get your letters soon! I know how stressful it is just waiting.
I just wanted to pop in and say that if anyone starting the program in the Fall is interested in having a Senior Peer mentor to let me know. The program technically already exists, but isn't really known (I had no idea it existed). I'm hoping to be helping the faculty get it off the ground starting with the Fall 2018 Cohort. However, if it doesn't happen by that time I'm still ready and willing to mentor those that are interested and/or link you with others that would be good mentors. I'm on the Dahlonega Campus. Not yet! They emailed and said last week of February or first week of March. Last Spring, my friend received her decision email Feb 24th. We're so close!
I have not heard yet but have decided to enroll in the Columbus State University online RN to BSN program here in GA. I will start in March 2018, next month. I am thinking your will hear from UNG very soon because I got admissions emails again etc about a week and a half ago.
