UNF Fall 2014 Hopefuls

I am reapplying to UNF. I'm retaking my teas because beth told me that it would make my chances of getting in higher. I interviewed for the accelerated and regular programs for summer 2014 but I am not reapplying for the fall 2014 program! Good luck to everyone. I am taking my teas a week before the May 1st deadline! I am nervous and excited to restart the application process!!

Hi guys! Sorry in advance for any typos because im on my phone, but im applying for fall. I interviewed for summer regular but was declined :/ so I just faxed my application again today. I am going to practice a lot more for the interview this time around.

I was applying for the regular program for fall but I got a call from usf this morning and I'm officially off the wait list for the second degree/accelerated program there, so that is where I will be going! :) are you reapplying anywhere?

Also try emailing beth about your interview. I emailed her asking for feedback on my application and she told that my interview was good but I needed to retake my teas. I got an 80% which translated to a 321 something and she told to try to get at least 335 and I would have had a better shot.

Hey everyone! I'm applying for the Regular BSN program at UNF for Fall. Do any of you that didn't get in for Summer mind telling me what your GPA and TEAs scores were like? I have a BA in Political Science, but don't want to wait around until Summer to start an ABSN program. Considering a Regular BSN program that starts Fall will end about the same time as an ABSN program that starts Summer. :)

I my undergrad gpa is 3.25 and my prerequisite gpa was 3.6/3.7 I'm not sure what it actually is for unf. My teas was 80% which was 320 something on unf's scale. I got into ucf and usf for their accelerated programs with these stats but I know for unf you should have a higher teas score than what I had because Beth (from unf - she helps with admission) emailed me to tell me my gpa and interview were fine but my teas needed to be higher! I hope this helps :)

I have an AA and my overall gpa was a 3.7, prereq was a 3.66 and teas was an 88% I was not accepted for summer. I'm trying again for fall, also applying to USF for fall but am not hearing anything back from them. I think I was to nervous for my interview and so I'm working on that.. fingers crossed for fall

You haven't heard back from USF? I will tell you the only time you will hear from them is when your application goes to "committee" and when you either get wait listed, accepted or denied. Best of luck to you! :)
