UNF ABSN/BSN FALL 2021

Hey guys, I haven’t seen a thread for UNF BSN and ABSN for the fall yet! I did apply for Summer but unfortunately did not get in so I’m applying for fall now! It’s always nice to talk to other people applying for the same program! I have a 3.6 overall and prereq GPA, and I scored a 339 (84.75) the first time I took the TEAS but will be retaking it for the fall application. My scores aren’t too great so hoping to do better on the TEAS and the interview this time around ? 

110%. My wife works a 24 hour shift today so I’m home alone with my dogs just running through it in my head over and over ?. About to see if some exercise will help!

How did everyone feel about the questions ? Also what track is everyone applying to??

I felt like a couple of them were what I expected and what I prepared for, but a couple of them caught me off guard. Just hoping that didn’t cause me to ramble.

Same. @Nola24 The questions in our group were not exactly what I expected at all. I was only really prepared for one of them. I was interested that they didn’t ask more personal stuff, but I suppose gauging our ability to think quickly is equally important. I hope the exercise helps! I’ve been refinishing a huge piece of furniture all weekend ?

I’ve been distracting myself from thinking about the interview this whole weekend for sure ? UNF sent out decisions really early (like 6:30 AM) for the Summer interview, so I’m also trying to prepare for a yes / no right after waking up tomorrow ?

And I applied for the APL, but I’m also interested in the Palm Coast RPL option!

I have no backups ? theres limited RPL BSN options in jacksonville, and I can't move. Plus I've been here at UNF all throughout my undergrad years, and the program holds a special place to me. So of course I'm extra stressed waiting for decisions

I got into UF nursing for fall, so I’m just waiting to see if I even have an option. Hard decision?

I interviewed for Summer too. All I know is I felt more prepared and confident this time. Regardless of the decision I’m happy with that fact! Proud we all got through it & im excited for tomorrow
