Does anyone know if you can receive unemployment if FMLA extended and made current position filled?

Unable to find a job with my past 16 years of office work, no recent patient care experience.

Apply anyway.  If there is any question, you explain your situation and they either will allow the explanation or disallow.  You won't know if you don't try.  Worth the effort.
