Undiluted IV phenergan

Hello, I'm nervous bc I recently gave 12.5mg of undiluted IV phenergan. The patient did c/o of slight pain while giving it.  I flushed the site with a 500 cc saline bolus. She had no other complaints and was discharged later that day. Should I be concerned that tissue damage could still occur? How quickly do tissue side effects happen?

It's irritating to the veins, but we used to do it all the time back in the day. Then it was recommended to dilute, because it's a better practice. You shouldn't worry anymore. Hopefully the 500 mL bolus was ordered by the doctor.
