    Hello, I'm nervous bc I recently gave 12.5mg of undiluted IV phenergan. The patient did c/o of slight pain while giving it. I flushed the site with a 500 cc saline bolus. She had no other complaints and was discharged later that day. Should I be concerned that tissue damage could still occur? How quickly do tissue side effects happen?
