Just wanting some feedback. I graduated with my BSN in 2013 with a 2.9 GPA. Fast forward 10 years, I'm 6 months away from graduating with my MSN with a 3.9 GPA. I have 9 years of ICU experience, currently employed at a Level 1 trauma center in their intensive care float pool, cross trained across 6 different intensive care units. Dragging my feet on getting my CCRN (I am salty because I took it 5 years ago and missed it by 1 point). I do plan to get my CCRN prior to applying to CRNA. Just wanting honest feedback on my chances of getting in with my undergrad and graduate grades. Waste of time? Worth a shot? What else can I do to strengthen my application?

I'd say you have a good chance! You have shown improvement from the first time you went to school til now. What is your MSN in? You have a good amount of experience. Absolutely get CCRN, also try and serve on committees and get involved in your unit. Show leadership by precepting and taking charge nurse shifts.
I had a 3.1 undergrad and a 4.0 for my MSN. So they averaged the two out! Good luck!!
