Hi everyone!

My name is Katherine and I am a Medical/Surgical intensive care nurse applying to UNC Charlottes CRNA program this Fall, 2019. I just wanted to start a forum for all who are applying. I'm sure we will have lots of questions when applications start getting reviewed.

It's a no for me, and the email did not say anything about a waitlist so unsure if there is one. It was also my first interview so my nerves may have gotten the best of me. Did those of you who got in interview on Friday or Saturday? Best of luck to you throughout your studies :)

I was accepted today as well, email around 10 am EST. I interviewed on Friday.

Waitlist for me! For those that got in, is there a date you need to accept by? Just trying to gauge when they'll be pulling people off the waitlist.

Interesting. I wonder if they'll notify the waitlist after that date, because they have me submitting a $100 non refundable fee by then accepting my position on the waitlist.

Has anyone applied for the second deadline (January 10)? From what CMC told me, they take 12 from the fall deadline and 12 from the winter deadline with interviews held on March 29 & 30. We should hear about interview offers in the next few weeks according to Yvonne Mobley.

If any current student would mind describing their first few semesters and how they like the layout of the program, how has covid impacted the didactic portion, and just overall experience I would really appreciate it ? haven’t been able to find much online and am looking to gain some insight on the program
