UNC-CH MSN 2018 Cycle

To my knowledge, there is no thread yet for all of us UNC MSN 2018 matriculation hopefuls! I am currently finalizing my application for the RN-MSN program, specifically FNP. That personal statement was a monster to write, but I think I'm finally happy with it.

I know I'm super early to be applying, but there's got to be other people out there who are like me and super eager to get their apps in. How is it going for all you peeps?!

Wishing the best for the both of us, SnickerSnacker! I applied to the ADN-MSN, FNP track. I was already nervous about the admission decision, but now that I know e-mails have started going out I am both confused AND hyperventilating lol.

That's awesome shybutnotreallyRN. Did it also tell you what the decision was? Or was it just notifying you that it changed from submitted to decided?

I haven't heard anything either. My status still says "submitted" Hoping to hear good news soon...

@rsong519 Yes it told me I was admitted. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting to hear back. Anyone else in the MSN FNP full track program for Fall 2018?

Did you get anything in the mail? I'm FNP track too, I'm confused why some of us have decisions and others don't?

I got my email this morning for acceptance into the AGNP program!!!

Congrats to those who have been accepted. Those who haven't heard: keep the faith! I called the SON and they said all acceptances have not been sent out yet. They are waiting to hear from clinical sites as clinical site availability dictates the amount of candidates who can be accepted!
