UMSON BSN Spring 2019

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello! I know apps aren't due until September, but there's no harm in starting early. If anyone has any questions/concerns, or even advice that they'd like to share, please feel free to contribute. Good luck to everyone! :-)

I got a call confirming my campus also and that mid October we'll hear back! Yay! That's at the earliest four weeks away.

I have noticed that there are much less commenters on this thread than previous years. Does anyone know how many applicants there were for the Spring cycle or how many they accept?

Hello everyone,

Did you guys apply for Traditional BSN or RN to BSN? I applied for Traditional BSN (Baltimore) and my status changed today for "Committee Ready".

Has anyone in this thread applied before and are applying again?

I was reading a 2017 thread, and it says they take 100 applicants into Baltimore and 64 applicants into Shady Grove.

I applied for traditional BSN at the Baltimore campus. This will be my first time applying and the only program I am applying to. Fingers crossed for all of us! Anybody have other program options?

I know this is early to ask since no decisions have been released, haha. But does anyone know how conditional acceptances work? I know you need a B for your prereqs, but is than an actual B or is B- acceptable?

I believe you need to have a B flat

I believe you need to get a B or above if you have classes in progress or your acceptance could possibly be revoked.

I just got accepted into MC's nursing program but UMSON is my first choice. what are everyone's stats?
