its just really frustrating at point, I'm not sure why they haven't sent out decisions yet, I almost want to call them and ask them what is up.....

I know, right? Can’t understand what the hold up is. Maybe too many applicants? Still frustrating though...

I called today. They are still sending out and going through applicants. You can call and ask to check by your application ID and they will let you know if your letter has been sent out.
