Has anyone heard anything yet? My status just says application complete.

My application says incomplete. Not sure why unless my check wasn't received... I tried calling today but the line was busy! Also, I was told by admissions that they don't make final decisions or even review applications until the 17th or 18th?

Hmm, I wonder if its a good thing or a bad thing that my status changed already. Maybe I will give them a call to see. When I checked yesterday it said "application complete" and when I check today it was updated. What number did you call to find that information about the 17th/18th?

Just checked my application and it still says complete and "We have received your application. Your interest in the University of Massachusetts Boston is greatly appreciated." I started my application on 10/8, but I submitted the last item, the essay, on 11/28. My application went to 'complete' on 12/3. I am not really expecting any updated until around Christmas time based on reading previous threads on this forum, but who knows! I have no idea how they go about reviewing the applications.

A few months ago I emailed admissions because I had reason to believe that I wouldn't be able to finish my last prerequisite on time and they told me that as long as I get my transcript to them by the 17th, I would still be considered because that is the time frame that they begin reviewing applications.

I tried calling again and it goes right to voicemail!! Has anyone else tried?

I also submitted my application later because I had to finish the essay. And my application says the same thing! Except its marked as "incomplete"

I called them and they said we'd hear back end of January/beginning of Feb and that there was only one deadline Dec 1. I thought there was an Early Action deadline of Nov 1...

That's so weird! In past threads it looked like decisions went out end of December/beginning of January. I wonder why its different this year....

Yep the letter in the mail is about our login information for the online portal
