UK or USA??

i am a nursing student in HK. i want to know whether the overall nursing undergraduate program in UK is better or in USA???

also, which university (in UK AND USA) is/are famous in Nursing program?

This is a big question and hard to answer because there are so many pieces to the puzzle. Not many people have first hand knowledge of both cultures. I have met nurses from UK and find them to have a sound nursing knowledge, so my opinion is that you would be comfortable in either country. Other limitations, such as visas, how soon you could be accepted into a program and where to live, etc. might influence your decision. I think you are brave to consider an education in another culture. Good luck.
