Uk nurse wanting to move to USA

Hi all, I'm a newly qualified Uk nurse interested in moving to the USA (don't mind where)

Any stories,facts, tips or stories anyone would like to share in order to help me out please ?

Oh boy...probably not the greatest idea unless you are marrying an American or something. Getting an H1b visa is pretty much impossible right now. On top of the ridiculous waiting list. That is IF you manage to find an employer willing to sponsor you. And let me tell you, when there are US citizen nurses by the thousands who are unemployed and frantically looking for work, the odds that an employer will want to spend all the time and money for legal fees and all to sponsor you...well, it's unlikely. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer and burst your bubble, but you might want to rethink your plans...
