Hi
I am in the same position as you. I failed my OSCE on the second time, they stated my care plans were not specific enough but the rest of the test was perfect. Like you, I had a sponsorship and was working as a pre-regsistered nurse in the local hospital. Because I did not have my nursing registration by the end of april, my work contract ended and so my visa and sponsorship ended. I wanted to let you know some bad news. Unfortunately, there is a 12 month cooling off period before you are able to get another work visa. I was not able to stay in England because a nurse assistant is not on the shortage list. I am now back in America until next year. I have spoken with a immigration attorrney to verify all the information. The 12 month cooling off period was not told to me when I got my visa and its difficult to find any information. I am going back to england this summer to take the test for the third time and I pray to god that I pass. I am studying every day and going over scenerios. I have been a nurse in america for going on four years now (have not been practicing for the last year as i have been working in england as a pre registered nurse. I feel your pain though. it is all very disheartening. However we CAN get through this.
best of luck, let me know if you have any other questions.
Yes it's my first attempt. I am practising from Nile but doesnt have much case study. Can you email me some of the scenarios please?

Hi All,
I failed to clear my NMC OSCE exam in the second attempt, Northampton failed me for minor mistakes. My hospital has withdrawn the sponsorship, due to home office regulations. Is there anyone who can help me how to proceed ahead? and how I can get a new sponsorship? Is there anyone facing/faced similar situation. Any help/info would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
