UIC fall 2016 BSN program

Hey guys!! As you know applications have already been turned in and the interview process has begun. I'm so nervous for April 15th to roll around because thats usually the date in which most people receive their decisions. My GPA is a 3.70 and I'm a volunteer at UIC Hospital and have been fortunate enough to have leadership positions on campus. Such as being the President to PTK honors society and Vice President of Student Government. I'm not a UIC pre-nursing student, I currently attend a community college. This sometimes scares me since I've been told that they have a high preference for UIC pre-nursing students since they know that they can handle UIC courses. I wanted to start this discussion board so that I can get some feed back and also see what everyone else is thinking and try to survive this next month together.

I know that i am waitlisted by phone but I have not got an email. Has anybody have not gotten an email?

Hey guys my application summary says Under Review still. Does this mean I didn't get in?

Mine also says decision made, but I didn't get an email. I'm trying to figure out why you didn't get an email stating you're on the waitlist while karolina34 knows four people who did get waitlist emails? :/

Also does anyone know if anyone got acceptance emails for the springfield regional campus?

Maybe it's because all the people I know applied to the Chicago campus and we're wait listed at Chicago and not Urbana. Also make sure you guys check your spam folder. The email might be there.

Hi, it seems that some people that are waitlisted did get emails stating such, while others like Lisagolden called and were told she's on the waitlist but didn't receive an email? Regardless if she called or not, I'd think one would have to receive an email and confirm or deny their spot on the waitlist, right?

Not exactly sure what's going on. Did you get an email stating you're on the waitlist, nseiren?

Karolina34 said she knows people that received waitlist emails only for Chicago. If you chose another regional campus, it may be still possible that you will receive a waitlist email but I'm just speculating.

I don't know of anyone who received waitlist emails from champaign or springfield. How about you guys?

Oh and I know a friend who got waitlisted at urbana Got an email.

Im pretty sure its still coming through.

Haro2 decision made is a good thing! Or it can be something else but as far as I know people who got accepted had there status as decision made. Waitlist people should say under review.
