Uic 2015 bsn waitlisted

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone waitlisted? and if anyone know how it works and what are the chances of getting in?

Thank you for all the information it really helps and I am just hoping for the best I hope we all get the email! I've been on previous nursing pages and numerous people have been accepted off the waitlist

Hey guys! I just wanted to let you guys know I've been taken off the waitlist and a seat for the UIC CON next sem!!!!! If you haven't heard anything yet, don't be discouraged. They really are taking people off the wait list, and your time will come if it's meant to be! Stay hopeful, and I hope you guys hear soon so we can all go to school together!!!

Thanks guys! And I received an email. It looked like the one from the wait list, but it had the acceptance instead! There was no update on my online application it only says DECISION MADE.

I feel like I am waiting for a decision all over again. I keep checking my email in hopes it pops up!!

I know it's a pain to wait, but I really think you guys have a good chance of getting in. I know exactly what you feel and it's so stressful but, really, stay hopeful! I think it's just taking a long time since the wait list applicants need to wait for the response from applicants that accept/reject their offer and I believe the CON does this process via snail mail. From my understanding they send out some sort of acceptance package, then the applicant chooses to deposit/accept the offer officially THEN mail it back. You can imagine it takes a while to get responses back from the applicants.
