Hello i am planning to apply for the UHM GEPN program trying to figure out which degree to go for if anyone could help MSN or FNP.

Need more info to help you. I googled UHM GEPN since you did not provide the location of the school. If it is U. Hawaii/Manoa the MSN is for Adult CNS or Advanced Public Health Nursing, the latter of which I have never heard of as a specialty for MSN before.

It looks like FNP is at the DNP degree, not MSN.

I've been reading the application requirements for UH Manoa GEPN 2016. Did they remove the youtube video as part of the application package?

They did remove the video requirement. I submitted my app for Fall 2016, and am awaiting a response!
