UH Manoa Nursing Fall 2014

Hey did anyone apply for Fall 2014 admission to Manoa's School of Nursing? We're supposed to be notified in late March and I'm getting really anxious!

Oh I found what you were talking about, yes my STAR says I applied for Manoa Fall Standard Undergrad BS Nursing :)

I'm kind of freaking out now, it doesn't say that I applied on my STAR, but I did get a confirmation letter in the mail. And the top right of my STAR it says BA/PNUR too. I'm just concerned about why it doesn't say that I applied for BS Nursing too in the right bottom corner:(

Are you a freshman? And did you do Part A or Part B of the application checklist?

Maybe you should go into the nursing department and ask just to make sure? It's probably fine, you can never be sure if everything is correct on STAR it all depends on who puts in the information. I'm a sophomore, I transfered here for Fall semester. Since I didn't apply until for Fall 2014 and I was already taking classes here, I did part A on the application checklist.

Oh so you weren't a student at Manoa during the time you applied? You transferred here Fall 2013 or are you transferring here for Fall 2014?

No I was a transfer student last year. I moved here in the summer so I started taking classes here in the fall (2013) :) Sorry if I was confusing lol I did my first year of college at a different school

Oh okay!! No it's okay lol! I'm getting kinda scared though just cause I'm curious why it doesn't say that on mine, I feel like I'm missing documents but I did get a confirmation letter:nailbiting: So you only turned in your nursing app form, self-eval, and scores right? I didn't have to turn in a separate system application form.

Yes that's all I turned in, and I made sure they had everything needed! Since you got the confirmation letter you must be fine, I got mine too so someone just hasn't put that into your STAR account. No worries! And we should hopefully know a week from now or less!
