I graduated in December from an ADN program. I graduated the program with honors in the Alpha Delta Nu nursing honors society. I was a high school drop out in 97 that got my GPA and then went back to school at 34 for my AA. I raised 3 kids alone while doing this and my over all gpa is still only a 3.2 so it still makes me nervous to apply anywhere like UCF or UF. I wasn't great academically until nursing school. I went for it and applied to the program and I am so nervous! Anyone else apply feel the same? Or have applied prior and gotten accepted or denied that can shed some light and ease my mind? Since graduation I started as and RN on the mother/baby unit at my hospital and just recently accepted a transfer to labor and delivery at the same hospital. I have so much to be freaking out about! Please help!

Hey guys, I have a question...so for the CastleBranch immunization requirements do we upload a copy of the health history form to each test? I'm a little confused on how to send this off.

Hi Jareona! You’ve probably found your answer by now but thought to reply anyways. Personally, I uploaded the same health history form per each listed requested immunization. Seems repetitive but they did accept it that way. Good luck!
