I graduated in December from an ADN program. I graduated the program with honors in the Alpha Delta Nu nursing honors society. I was a high school drop out in 97 that got my GPA and then went back to school at 34 for my AA. I raised 3 kids alone while doing this and my over all gpa is still only a 3.2 so it still makes me nervous to apply anywhere like UCF or UF. I wasn't great academically until nursing school. I went for it and applied to the program and I am so nervous! Anyone else apply feel the same? Or have applied prior and gotten accepted or denied that can shed some light and ease my mind? Since graduation I started as and RN on the mother/baby unit at my hospital and just recently accepted a transfer to labor and delivery at the same hospital. I have so much to be freaking out about! Please help!

I just found this thread and I got in too! And I am an L&D nurse also?. Have any of you received the email to do the online orientation yet? On Gator one its says to call to schedule it but the email to confirm acceptance to the program said you will receive an email to sign up for it.

Yup. I got an email and registered for the LINKS orientation and completed it in canvas as well as the quiz. Also, hello fellow L&D nurse ?

ok so I paid for Links but I can't find anything on canvas or the quiz?? Where did you find it?

I gave it a few minutes and it popped up on my dashboard on canvas. I also received an email saying I was enrolled for it too.

I don't see anything on canvas and I haven't gotten an email. Only email I got was to say I paid the $35 for links

You should call the new student family programs then because that’s weird. The number is 352-392-8396

Hi all! I also just received an acceptance e-mail as well. ? Congrats to you all as well!

I had a question about beginning the Links Orientation. How long did it take for you to receive an e-mail to register for Links after confirming acceptance?
