I'm interviewing for PCICU this week at 1145. My guess is that it's most likely a group interview with the PCICU nurses present and at least 15 minutes for the interview. No idea how many people gotten interviews but it's in-person and there's no flexibility on the time.

Not OP but also had CICU interview this week. They said people would hear back on Friday 2/7 if they're proceeding to round 2 (unsure if they will also email people who aren't progressing). Interview was 30 min with a roundtable of 8 nurses. Each nurse asked a question, all behavioral except for a clinical one (prioritization). For me the questions they had for me took about 15 min, then I had the rest of the time to ask them questions. The nurses were all very kind!

I have my ICN interview tomorrow and I was wondering because its with a leadership panel, what exactly should I be preparing? I have like strengths weaknesses and like obviously my why but anything else that I should be prepared for that you guys can think of?

Has anyone had to submit formal references after an interview after given a link from HR ? Does this usually mean "we want to hire you, but need to do this for policy reasons" or "this is standard we will make our final decision once everyone does this" I just don't see why they would make everyone they interview provide references if they aren't hiring them. Is that how they get down?

They said they are "asking all their applicants to do this" it's one of the adult parnassus units but it just didn't make sense to go through the work of it all if they weren't considering you know?  It's Giving heart palpitations .

Has anyone here (or on Facebook) heard from the regular PICU? Also, does anyone know if we don't hear from them today that its essentially a definitive rejection? The email they sent earlier this week about units reaching out this week is stressing me out.

I did hear back! I've got my second interview on Monday via Zoom with their leadership team 🙂
