Members are discussing the status of interview offers and updates from various units within a healthcare facility. Some members have received interview offers from adult units, while others are still waiting to hear back. Questions about the interview process, tour of the unit after interviewing, and timelines for receiving offers or rejections are also being asked. Specific units like Mission Bay Onc Adult Med Surg and St. Francis are mentioned, with members sharing their experiences and seeking information about these units.
Application is set to open today and didn't see a thread started for this round. Best of luck to all!

Not OP but also had CICU interview this week. They said people would hear back on Friday 2/7 if they're proceeding to round 2 (unsure if they will also email people who aren't progressing). Interview was 30 min with a roundtable of 8 nurses. Each nurse asked a question, all behavioral except for a clinical one (prioritization). For me the questions they had for me took about 15 min, then I had the rest of the time to ask them questions. The nurses were all very kind!

Was this in person or online?
Has anyone had to submit formal references after an interview after given a link from HR ? Does this usually mean "we want to hire you, but need to do this for policy reasons" or "this is standard we will make our final decision once everyone does this" I just don't see why they would make everyone they interview provide references if they aren't hiring them. Is that how they get down?

They said they are "asking all their applicants to do this" it's one of the adult parnassus units but it just didn't make sense to go through the work of it all if they weren't considering you know? It's Giving heart palpitations .
