I submitted mine on the 12th! I think it's in order so they should get to yours soon.

I applied literally at 8:49P the last day applications were open. Not sure when they updated my status, but I just checked an hour ago.

I am a B average student with over seven years of extensive medical experience. I was actively involved in various activities and clubs on campus and gained valuable clinical experience at multiple hospitals in Southern California. Additionally, I completed my preceptorship in the PICU. I have received several letters of recommendation from my professors. I dedicated significant time and effort to crafting my cover letter, diversity statement, and letter of top choices.

Hello, I just checked mine is also saying recruiter review. they might be going out of order based on facility location/unit?

Submitted my application on the 18th. 

Status changed to 'Recruiter Review' on the 22nd.

Just checked and my status changed to "recruiter review" and I submitted the application on the last day. I guess they're going by department rather than the time you applied.
