Hey Jenn,
I also applied to UCO for the spring. I got a 92 on the TEAS, have a 4.0 GPA for the last 30 hours (I am hoping that they actually do use last 30 instead of overall if it is higher!) but only have a 3.0 science GPA. Hopefully the good TEAS and last 30 GPA will even out my science GPA.
I haven't called the office or heard any official news about when the letters go out, but hopefully it isn't actually until Thanksgiving. If anyone has any news, I'll be excited to hear it!
From what I understand they do take the GPA of the last 30 hours! I was glad to hear that because that's a 4.0 for me as well. One of my professors was on the decision board for years and I spoke to her briefly about it. She seemed to think with my scores that I'd be fine, so I imagine you're definitely fine! Great job on the TEAS!
I spoke to the nursing advisor in August and she was the one who told me it would be around Thanksgiving. I have a feeling that is the latest they'll go out -- hopefully we won't have to wait that long! I'll be out of town for Thanksgiving, so if I don't hear by then I know I'll be silently dying the whole time with anticipation.
I'll be sure to update when I hear! Best of luck!
Edited to add: I looked back in old posts. It seems that the Spring 2015 group found out around November 5th. :)

The deadline for UCO's traditional RN program for Spring 2017 is coming up on September 9th! I have seen posts in the past of students connecting, so I thought I would give it a shot. :) Acceptance letters, I was told, should go out around Thanksgiving.
About Me: I took my TEAS yesterday and made a 76%. I had hoped to do better, but I admittedly did not study like I should have! I have a 4.0 science GPA and a 3.95 overall. I will be sending off my application in the next couple of weeks after I get my transcripts from my summer class. I believe the average TEAS for the last semester of accepted UCO students was 79% (the nursing advisor has a sheet of all the averages of TEAS tests, GPA's, etc. -- just FYI!)
Hopefully some more fellow applicants will come along this post!
