Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2025 Cohort at UCLA. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

The application opened up today 09/06! Good luck to all of us ❤️

Hi guys!! Any updates on OR/ ED offer letters? 😭😭

No, I was told by Thanksgiving for RR OR when I interviewed but someone else on here had said they were told the middle of December via email. I haven't received anything yet! Hopefully, offers will be made this week! I'm confused LOL

Anyone get an offer from PICU RR?

Hi guys, I'm getting kinda antsy that I might have missed a call last week and I'm thinking of following up with a recruiter. For the people that got their offers, was it the same person that emailed your offer letter and onboarding? Or was it a recruiter that called you and a different onboarding team member that scheduled your onboarding/ new hire session?

For me a different person called vs who sent the onboarding email. For the initial phone offer I spoke to a male over the phone (name starts with N, LOL I'm not typing it out because this website is weird and saying names is against policy), but the person who sent the email was a woman. My call came from a 310-7 something number if that helps. Good luck! Keep us in the loop.

Has anyone heard back from the geriatric psych unit or adult psych unit? I did a duo interview about a week ago..

Hi! I received an offer last week. Best of luck to you.

Huge ask but I was wondering if anyone knew of any other residency's in socal. I'm new to the area and haven't been able to find alot  of information online. Any suggestions are appreciated! 🙂

Anybody receive an offer for RR Pediatric Oncology?

So I actually never got an interview and never had my status changed since the beginning from "In Review". Did this happen to anyone else on this thread? Also, if there is anyone here that applied in the last round of applications and then reapplied again this time around and got an interview, what did you do differently?

Anyone hear from RR ER or RR Med surg yet?

My status still says In review, both interviews in Nov week 1 & 2

I got an offer today! The recruiter gave me the offer letter but it's another employee that scheduled my onboarding new hire session.

Congrats!! Did your portal change to interview/onboarding the day before you got the offer letter?
