UCLA-new grad super user

Hey guys, I have an interview tomorrow at UCLA for the super user position. Since they can't guarantee there will be a RN New Grad program this time..but does anyone know what exactly are they looking for? I mean im sure most of us have good computer skills..I don't know how to prepare for this interview!!

@DK_RN She had two completed references when she was called. It wasn't until after that they rest completed. I know they are still interviewing next week so Im keeping my fingers crossed that I still am in the running.

So you already started?? and is it more pay?? do you know how many people they're looking for that position? I don't know but I have a job offer on hold because of this and I just want to know ASAP!

I had to turn it down. I got a full time L&D position. It was Mon-Fri 9-5 and started this last week, so I dont know about more pay, didn't even ask, but it was more full time than the super user position. I am certified by the military as a military instructor and she said that's why they called to offer me that. Rumor from my school was that they were hiring a few hundred and that's what my interviewer said also. So I'm sure you all will get calls back!

All of my references were completed yesterday. Are all of yours completed? Im keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. I know there are still more interviews going on next week so they certainly have called nor filled all of the position yet. Stay positive!
