Aw I'm sorry newgrad!! I can completely relate. When the unit director called to tell me she couldn't offer me the job, she made it sound as though they had so many qualified applicants that they had to take those with more extensive NICU experience and I hadn't externed or precepted there. Keep your chin up! You'll find something great!
