Has anyone who applied to the ICU's only had to enter 4 references?? I did, but only 3 of mine completed the survey. I have other people who are willing to fill out the survey for me, and am not sure if I should add them, because it's too late!! Does anyone know? I tried calling HR today, but it went straight to their voicemail. I know people are already getting interviews, and i'm nervous that I might not meet the requirements if only 3 of my references filled out the survey......

Hey! Has anyone who applied to the CCU/med surg ICU at SM received a phone call or email about an interview? My status hasn't changed since I applied but I received the reference link! I hate all this anticipation!;)

I'm interviewing on April 12! I'm an external, liver transplant/SICU and micu were my top two choices

did these emails say which unit you were interviewing for? or are you assuming it's for your first choice?

Do we know if they are still sending out these emails for interviews? My first choice was CCU/Med-Surg ICU at SM and my status changed to "routed to interview supervisor" after the reference check but have not heard anything since.

The email only says congratulations on being selected for an interview and then it asks to call back to schedule it. When you call, they tell you the unit. Mine was my first choice so I'm assuming this is the case for everyone.

graduatingmay, I'm sure they're not done sending the invites. I think they're doing it by unit because I haven't heard of anyone non-ICU getting an interview yet. The status change is a good thing!

Anyone get an interview for a unit that wasn't on their top 3? I choose NICU, PICU, and Liver Transplant/SICU in that order and just found out I got an interview for CTICU. Guess I can't complain, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

i just scheduled my interview for Neuro/trauma ICU for April 12th =)

I asked the recruiter how many people are interviewing for that unit.

and this is the basic breakdown:

each applicant gets a 20 minute interview.. interviewing all day. estimate 7-8 hours that day.

3 interviews per hour. 21-24 people per unit are being interviewed.

that's my guesstimate. i've seen on this forum that some units have had second rounds of interviews also, and some units didn't even have 21-24 ppl interviewed based on what other people said from previous cohorts.
