Ohh yeah I remember seeing that now that you mention it. I was interviewed for CTICU and LTICU, and my application status changed to "Interview/Onboarding" today so I wonder which unit it applies to.

CONGRATS!! You should be receiving a call from HR soon (-': I think you'll receive an email with an offer that says which unit it is too!

OMG that's awesome! They're both amazing units! please let us know what unit took you. I'm still nervous about mine simply changing to interview rather than interviewing/onboarding 😭

Hi 3 days from when they call you. When I got offer my portal still said in review so really the portal thing varies. Hope that helps

Thanks I will! And I'm pretty sure "interview" is a good sign because either way it still means you're advancing. I could be wrong but honestly I feel like it means along the same lines as with or without "onboarding." From my pov, it definitely doesn't mean you're rejected! Keep us posted 🙂

I had an interview for Liver Transplant ICU (May 21st) and my portal status changed from "in review" to "Interview/onboarding" today (May 30th). I read that this is supposedly a good sign but ugh I just wanna know for sure if I'm getting it or not 😐 the wait is killing me!! Also, I heard someone received an offer while their portal status was still "In review".

Maybe LTICU? Mine just changed today to interview/onboarding and I only interviewed for LTICU.

I think this is a really great sign for you! just checked mine RN and it's still only "interview" been like this since yesterday. keep us updated please!
